Belgian DIGA Procross KTM Racing athlete Liam Everts struggled throughout the weekend, but is still satisfied with 10th place. Maxi Werner showed his best race in this year’s EMX125 Championship and finished seventh in the day’s standings. Conrad Mewse, who rides a KTM 450 SX-F for the team in MXGP, unfortunately did not manage to score his first points in MXGP.

· 10th place for Liam Everts in the daily standings
· Maxi Werner (EMX125) with season best – P. 7
· Next MXGP for DIGA Procross KTM Racing in Hyvinkää, Finland

Liam Everts didn’t feel 100% all weekend, but still made the best of the situation. On Saturday, Everts finished tenth in the qualifying race after a mixed qualifying session in 15th place and thus laid a solid foundation for the races on Sunday.
On race Sunday, Liam Everts was able to confirm his performance from Saturday in both heats and took eighth place in the first heat on the very hard and fast track. In the second heat, after starting just outside the top 10, Everts managed to fight his way up to tenth place and also finished tenth in the day’s standings. In the overall standings of the MX2 championship, Liam Everts currently occupies eleventh place with 225 points and six missed races.

Liam Everts: “It was a difficult weekend for me. I didn’t feel 100% on both Saturday and Sunday, but still made the best of it with 10th place. These days happen and we have to take the positives and focus fully on Finland.”
